At Sunnyslope Ranch we grow the Shiro Plum and two varieties of pluots.  The varieties are Flavor Supreme and Flavor King.  A Shiro is a yellow plum that is pleasantly sweet and very juicy.  The pluots are a cross between plums and apricots.  They are very sweet and a favorite of anyone who tries them.

Both of these fruits are delicious fresh or made into jellies or jams.  Pluots are excellent when added to stir-fried duck.  (See our recipes page!)
